Position Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care, including monitoring vital signs and patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to RN or physician
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Assist in wound care, injections, and other clinical procedures
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive patient environment
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
